Rebecca is a very professional, but caring person to work with. She was very thorough explaining comps in the area and assisted me every step of the way. Once I decided to list my house, she and her partner did their best to photograph the home in a very appealing light. She was very helpful in many ways, but when we got several offers, she became the consummate negotiator. She analyzed all the offers and advised me which offer was the best offer and why it was a solid offer, with few restrictions. She was correct and the buyer was very easy to work with. We closed on the 29th of July and I could not be more pleased.
